Duties:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Replace or service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures
- Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and resolve water pressure issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions
- Use tablets and ServiceTitan software to document jobs and materials used
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services

Duties:
- Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate plumbing needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals for plumbing installations and upgrades.

- Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers' generators (including DC & AC Voltage equipment).
- Conduct installation and preventative maintenance on generators.
- Work with both residential and commercial buildings.
- Participate in the installation and hook-up of home standby generators and clean energy products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

Requirements:

- Experience running gas lines for Natural Gas & LP systems (1/2” to 2” pipe).
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals.
